This easy dinner recipe for smothered Crockpot Pork Chops and Gravy is so delicious and yields the most tender, fall-apart pork ever! Simple to make with boneless pork chops, cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and pork gravy.
2cans (10.5 oz each)condensed cream of mushroom soup
1packetLipton onion soup mix
1packetpork gravy mix(dry mix, unprepared)
1/2cupchicken broth
Instructions
Spray the insert of the crockpot with cooking spray. Lay the pork chops inside.
4 boneless pork chops
In a mixing bowl, add the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, dry pork gravy mix, and chicken broth. Stir together until combined. Pour it over the pork chops inside the crockpot.
2 cans (10.5 oz each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix, 1 packet pork gravy mix, 1/2 cup chicken broth
Place the lid on crockpot and cook on LOW heat for 6-7 hours or until fall apart tender.* Low and slow is the way to go when cooking meat in the crockpot. I recommend only cooking on low, but if you need to, cook on high for 4-5 hours. * The pork is fall apart tender when you can touch it with a fork and it easily falls apart. I just cook it for the full 7 hours and it's always perfect.
Serve the pork chops over mashed potatoes (recommended), cooked egg noodles, or rice. Drizzle some of the extra gravy from the crockpot over top. Enjoy!

Notes
A 7 QT or 8 QT Crockpot works well for this recipe. This is the standard sized crock pot that does well for most crock pot and slow cooker recipes. Pork Chops : The package of pork is usually labeled as 'Pork Center Cut Loin Chops Boneless'. I recommend using the regular cut pork chops and not the thin cut pork chops. Serving Size : This recipe technically feeds 4 but not all my kids eat a full pork chop, so I can easily feed two kids per 1 pork chop. Especially when you serve it over something else like mashed potatoes. I have also used 5 pork chops when making this recipe with great results, which also adds an additional serving. No changes were made to the the other ingredients - I simply just used 5 boneless pork chops instead of 4.
