INGREDIENTS

1 lb skinless salmon 1 tsp sea salt ½ tsp garlic & herb seasoning 1 Tbsp butter 4 c cooked rice of choice 1 c sliced mini cucumbers 1 c edamame beans  1 c shredded carrots 1 avocado sliced 2 tsp soy sauce 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

Cut the salmon into larger cubes and sprinkle them evenly with sea salt and garlic & herb seasoning. Press and pat the seasonings into the salmon to make sure they're well coated.

In a skillet pan, over medium heat melt the butter. Add the salmon cubes and cook for 1-2 minutes per side or until cooked thoroughly

In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce.  Set aside.

Time to assemble the bowls!

Add 1 cup of cooked rice to the bottom of each bowl.

Place each ingredient side-by-side.

Drizzle 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce  and creamy sauce over top of each bowl.
