This Movie Night Charcuterie Board is the ultimate snack tray for your next movie night! Easy to put together with microwave popcorn, soft pretzels, and any candy you want.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 bags microwave popcorn
  • 6-8 concession-sized candy boxes (an assortment of different ones)
  • 1 bag frozen pretzel bites
  • queso dip or nacho cheese sauce (for pretzel dip)

Instructions

  • Pop the popcorn according to the package directions. You can make the popcorn anyway you prefer - microwave popcorn, air popper, traditional popcorn machine, already popped popcorn in a bag, etc.
    2-3 bags microwave popcorn
  • Create a thick row of popcorn diagonally down the middle of the platter or board.
    * For a fun look, put some popcorn inside popcorn paper bags and lay them on their sides (like what is pictured).
  • Warm or bake the pretzels according to the package directions and add them to the board in one corner by the popcorn. Place the cup of nacho cheese or queso next to the pretzel bites.
    * Leave the queso or nacho cheese in the container it comes in, or transfer it to a small dish for a better look.
1 bag frozen pretzel bites, queso dip or nacho cheese sauce
  • Add the candies such as twizzlers, sour patch kids, milk duds, Reese's miniature cups, skittles into the open spots on the board. Depending on how small or big the board is, you may need additional candies or snacks to fill in the spots. Adding some chips is an easy way to fill the gaps, crackers, or cookies such as Oreos, Chips Ahoy, or Nilla wafers.
    * Use anything you want to fill in the gaps of the board! Any candy, individually-wrapped candies, snacks, chips, cookies, brownies etc. I have listed some additional ideas in the notes below.
    6-8 concession-sized candy boxes
  • Serve with small paper plates or cups, or everyone can just munch from the tray!
