Heat the oven to 350℉. Evenly spread the melted butter in a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, and fruit cocktail until well combined. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish over top the butter.
1 cup self-rising flour, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 can (15 oz) fruit cocktail
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly along the edges.
Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes. Serve the cake warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Enjoy!
