1 box (15.25 oz) white cake mix 2 large eggs 1/3 cup salted butter 3/4 cup rainbow sprinkles 18-20 Birthday Cake Hershey's Kisses
In a mixing bowl, or the bowl of a stand mixer, add the white cake mix, eggs, and melted butter. Beat on medium speed until a smooth dough forms.
Allow the cookie dough to sit, at room temperature, for 5 minutes.
Pour the sprinkles into a shallow bowl or plate. Use a medium cookie scoop, about 1½ tablespoons, and scoop out the cookie dough and roll into a ball.
Roll the cookie dough ball well in the sprinkles making sure that all sides are coated well.
Bake for 7-11 minutes or until the edges are set and are light golden brown.
Press an unwrapped Birthday Cake Hershey Kisses into the center of each cookie.
