Pumpkin Fluff Dip is a 5-minute fluffy dip that tastes like a creamy pumpkin pie! Pumpkin pie dip made with only 4 ingredients - Cool Whip, pumpkin pie spice, pure pumpkin, and vanilla instant pudding mix. This easy desert is perfect for pumpkin season.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cool Whip thawed
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • assortment of dippers for serving *see notes for ideas

Instructions

  • In a large bowl with an electric hand mixer, or use a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, beat all the ingredients on low-medium speed until combined well and fluffy.
8 ounces Cool Whip, 1 cup pure pumpkin, 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix, 1½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Serve right away alongside an assortment of dippers.
Or for the best results, cover the dip and place it in the fridge for 1 hour (or up to overnight) before serving. I prefer this dip chilled after it's had fridge time.

Notes

Nutrition Information & Serving Size : This recipe makes about 2.5 cups of dip. The information listed is for 12 servings with each serving being equal to 1/4 cup of the pumpkin fluff dip. It does not include any dippers.
Dipper Ideas : The best way to serve pumpkin fluff dip is with an assortment of all different sorts of dippers! I love to put the fluff inside a serving bowl and then set it inside a big platter - I then lay all the dippers out around the bowl of dip and everyone can grab what they want.

Replace The Cool Whip : Replace the Cool Whip with homemade whipped cream by beating 1 cup heavy whipping cream + 1/4 cup powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Start at low speed and increase the speed as needed and as it thickens.
