1cuppure pumpkin
1box (3.4 oz)instant vanilla pudding mix
1½teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
In a large bowl with an electric hand mixer, or use a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, beat all the ingredients on low-medium speed until combined well and fluffy.
8 ounces Cool Whip, 1 cup pure pumpkin, 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix, 1½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Serve right away alongside an assortment of dippers. Or for the best results, cover the dip and place it in the fridge for 1 hour (or up to overnight) before serving. I prefer this dip chilled after it's had fridge time.

I love to put the fluff inside a serving bowl and then set it inside a big platter - I then lay all the dippers out around the bowl of dip and everyone can grab what they want.
